客戶服務專員(兼職)
職責:
-- 負責客户接待工作,
-- 接聽日常電話、預約,
-- 處理客戶軟件問題
-- 指導幫助客戶安裝軟件及APP
--指導客戶軟件基礎操作
職位要求:
1、熱情主動及擁有良好顧客服務態度,以客為先
2、喜歡與人溝通及重視團隊合作
3、富有責任心
4、流利的粵語及普通話
Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for customer reception work,
2、Answer daily calls and make appointments,
3、Handle customer software issues,
4、Guide customers in installing software and apps.
5、Guide clients in software basic operations。
Requirements:
1. Enthusiastic and proactive, with a good attitude toward customer service and a focus on customer satisfaction.
2. Enjoy communicating with people and value teamwork.
3. Strong Sense of Responsibility.
4. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
