職位描述

Principal responsibilities:

  • Recommend call quality improvement / process streamline / control enhancement initiatives when appropriate

  • Compile and maintain customer experience related data and records for tracking and monitoring the service performance

  • Assist in administrative works, e.g. prepare performance report, implement staff motivation initiatives etc.

  • Handle ad hoc task assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above

  • Minimum of one years' experience in data analytics, preferably with contact centre operations (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI …)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Chinese typing).

  • Strong self-motivation, with good analytical, communication, presentation skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in both English, Chinese and Putonghua
