Responsibilities
- Handle both verbal and written enquiries, requests and complaints from customers through inbound/outbound calls, email, WhatsApp or WeChat tactfully and professionally to align with the corporate image;
- Update CRM Systems record during daily calling activities;
- Prepare appointment booking in MS operations system;
- Co-ordination with other internal/external parties;
- Prepare appointment booking in operations system;
- Responsible for case investigation;
- Establish good customer relationship by providing professional customer care services;
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required;
Working hour
- 5 Days work per week
- 9am to 6pm
Working location
- Kowloon Bay
Requirements
- Form 5/ DSE or above;
- Matriculated or above with at least 2 years' customer service experience;
- Customer oriented;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;
- Communication skills in English/Putonghua will be an advantage;
- Knowledge in MS Office Applications include Chinese Word Processing;
- Knowledge in Electrical Appliance Product will be an advantage;
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Officer
