Network Engineer

Job Description

• Provide technical assistance and support on hardware, software, and systems for user

• Troubleshoot desktop computers and applications

• Prepare and configure new equipment for new users

• Communicate with vendors to ensure the provision of effective work orders

• Manage customer communications and expectations until the closure of each case

• Document all support activities and maintain accurate records

• Ad hoc projects assigned

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;

• Basic Knowledge in Server, TCP/IP, PC and Lan / Wan and Networking equipment

• Possess hardware maintenance knowledge

• Knowledge of MS Windows, Office 365

• Good problem solving, communication and analytical skill, team player and self-motivated

• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

• Excellent spoken & written Chinese and English

• Fresh graduate is also welcome.
