Medical Clinic Cashier/前台/接待員/收銀員

• Handle daily payment
• Handle patients' insurance direct billing
• 5.5 days work, no night shift duty

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet patients in a polite and friendly manner, answer phones, schedule appointments, handle enquiries and patients’ registrations
• Handle daily payment by cash, credit card, cheque and electronic payment processing etc at cashier counter.
• Handle patients' insurance direct billing and co-payment collection. 
• Prepare daily receipt reports.
• Provide customer service at cashier counter.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Good customer service skills and good telephone manners 
• Good team-player with strong interpersonal & multi-tasking skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and conversational Putonghua
• On the job training will be given
• Hands-on PC knowledge
• Immediate availability an advantage
• 5.5 days’ work
