Key Account and Relationship Manager

About the role

Chin Hing Development Trading Company Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account and Relationship Manager to join our team in our Kwun Tong office. As a key member of the sales and account management function, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our most important clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving continued growth. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and grow relationships with key strategic accounts, acting as the primary point of contact
• Develop a deep understanding of client's needs, challenges and objectives to provide tailored solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify new opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service
• Negotiate and close new business deals, as well as secure contract renewals and expansions
• Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Monitor and report on key account performance metrics to ensure objectives are met
• Provide feedback to internal teams to help improve product/service offerings

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an account management or key account management role, preferably within the sales industry

• Proven track record of developing and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic customers
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand client's business needs
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
