IT System Support Officer

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in IT, Computer Studies or equivalent
• 3-4 years working experience in IT system support for end users
• Well-versed in MS Office, MySQL and Windows Server platform
• Experience in monitoring network infrastructure is highly preferred
• Self-motivated, energetic, team player with good problem solving skills
• Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
• Immediate available would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and maintenance service to end users
• Handle system and network maintenance including firewalls, switches and routers
• Maintain the security of IT systems including data backup and access controls
• Responsible for regular system health check and troubleshooting IT problems
• Liaise with external vendors on system upgrade and IT equipment procurement
