IT Project Manager (Software Development)

Job Duties:

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with internal teams at Modern Dental Group, ensuring alignment on objectives and timelines.

• Lead the complete software development lifecycle for modern dental IT projects, including analyzing business requirements, specifying functional requirements, and creating detailed project plans and schedules.

• Manage project costs and quality, preparing thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within Modern Dental Group, providing updates and addressing project matters promptly.

• Engage with project governance to monitor performance and manage changes effectively.

• Mobilize and oversee project teams both locally in Hong Kong and offshore, ensuring high performance and collaboration among all team members.

• Lead and control the risk management process for projects, addressing ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements: 

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile certification is a plus.

• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in corporate or enterprise settings.

• Proficient in executing SDLC project management and conducting business analysis.

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua is essential.

• Experience in Systems Integration (SI) is preferred.

• A technical background in IT development is advantageous.
