Responsibilities:

  • Network Infrastructure, Systems Management & User Support

    • Assess technology needs and recommend upgrades aligned with business goals

    • Establish and manage IT services for the Head Office and remote sites in line with Group IT policies

    • Oversee the IT budget to deliver cost-effective, high-quality services

    • Implement and maintain modern IT infrastructure to support business operations

    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

    • Ensure service reliability through regular system monitoring (network, email, file sharing, business apps)

    • Develop and manage end-user support operations, including issue resolution, user accounts, and IT procurement

    • Design and test data backup and disaster recovery plans to protect critical data and systems

    • Maintain up-to-date IT asset inventory and conduct regular audits

    • Manage IT documentation: inventory records, software licenses, incident logs, vendor renewals, and account administration

    • Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls (firewalls, antivirus, remote access protection, data loss prevention) in line with IT security policies

    • Monitor vulnerabilities and apply timely security patches and system upgrades

 

  • Business System – HR System Revamp

    • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and timelines; manage budgets and risks

    • Stakeholder Engagement: Align with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to meet business needs; provide updates and manage expectations

    • Vendor Management: Work with vendors and system integrators to deliver solutions; manage contracts and timelines

    • System Implementation:

      • Deploy HR Payroll, digital forms, and attendance systems

      • Ensure data migration, system integration, and rule-based configurations

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

      • Work with teams to ensure system compliance and functional fit

      • Lead testing, rollout coordination, and user training

    • Project Control:

      • Monitor milestones, timelines, and budgets using project tools

      • Identify issues and apply corrective actions

    • Post-Implementation:

      • Oversee system transition to support teams

      • Manage stabilization and address post-launch issues

         

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field

  • Proven experience managing IT operations and budgets effectively

  • Strong project management skills, especially in implementing HR, payroll, and attendance systems

  • Solid understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, and time tracking tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders and managing vendors

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities

  • In-depth knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity best practices, and system administration

  • Hands-on experience in server, data, and network management for enterprise environments

  • Skilled in implementing and maintaining IT security policies and controls

  • Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools

  • Experienced in managing third-party vendors and software contracts

  • Capable of handling diverse IT tasks and multitasking effectively

  • Adaptable to fast-changing technologies and industry trends
