IT Engineer (Ref: 11025)

We are looking for high calibre candidates to fill the following position:

IT Engineer

(Ref: 11025)

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line daily technical support on desktop, network, system, hardware and software problem for local and project offices through various channels (e-mail, phone call, on site);
• Set up computes and install software for various applications and program;
• Maintain all IT equipment inventory record and prepare technical document / user manual;
• Perform regular assessment and apply patches and upgrades accordingly;
• Perform system development with AI tools, testing, debug and support;
• Assist with ad hoc IT tasks are needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related fields;
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in IT helpdesk and first tier support for users in all IT matters;
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and fast learner in new computing;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Familiar with AI tools and programming language is an advantage (such as Python, shell script, VBA, SQL);
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
