IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for NetSuite ERP users, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Assist with the configuration and customization of the NetSuite ERP system to align with business processes.
• Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement system improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides.
• Train and support end-users on NetSuite ERP functionalities and best practices.
• Work closely with the IT team to integrate NetSuite ERP with other business systems.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the NetSuite ERP system.
• Stay updated with the latest NetSuite ERP features, updates, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP system support and administration.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., SuiteScript, advance HTML) is a plus.
• NetSuite certification is preferred.
• Good Chinese and English Communication (Both Written and Verbal). Mandarin a definite advantage
