With strong growth in Hong Kong and increasing interest across Asia, we are expanding our distribution network across Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and other country markets.
We are looking for an energetic, execution-driven International Business Development Specialist to build both our local and overseas B2B presence, including distributors, retailers, concept stores, beauty stores, and cross-border e-commerce partners.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for expanding ampm’s B2B footprint across Hong Kong and international markets. The Specialist will identify opportunities, approach potential partners, build long-term relationships and drive revenue through wholesale orders, distributor partnerships and retail placements.
- You will play a key role in shaping ampm’s regional market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Local & International B2B Expansion
- Identify, approach and onboard overseas distributors, retailers, beauty boutiques, pharmacies, concept stores and e-commerce partners.
- Develop Hong Kong B2B partnerships including: retail chains, department stores, lifestyle stores, curated beauty shops, and local distributors.
- Map potential partners by market and build outreach target lists.
2. Sales Outreach & Deal Execution
- Conduct large-scale outbound BD outreach: email, LinkedIn, IG/TikTok DM, cold calls and trade contacts.
- Present brand deck, product line, pricing structure, MOQ and cooperation models.
- Negotiate wholesale terms and close B2B deals.
- Manage the entire pipeline from first contact to order confirmation.
3. Distributor & Retail Partner Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retail partners.
- Oversee stock levels, order cycles and re-order planning.
- Support partners with marketing activations, TikTok Shop activities, KOL campaigns and seasonal promotions.
4. Local Retail Development(Hong Kong)
Approach Hong Kong retailers including:
- Lifestyle stores
- Beauty selection stores
- Boutiques & specialty retailers
- Prepare submission files for retail buyers and category teams.
- Coordinate product samples, pitches and onboarding workflows.
5. Cross-border E-commerce & TikTok Shop BD
- Build partnerships with TikTok Shop agencies, KOL sellers and live-commerce teams.
- Prepare samples, product data, wholesale pricing and onboarding content.
- Track live-sales performance and provide after-sales support.
6. Documentation & Operations Support
- Maintain updated brand deck, product information sheets, wholesale pricing files and distributor agreements.
- Coordinate shipping, compliance documents (MSDS/CPNP), and regional requirements.
- Deliver weekly BD reports with leads status, KPIs and forecasts.
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in BD, sales, distributor management or e-commerce development.
- Experience in beauty, FMCG, lifestyle or consumer brands preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and deal closing.
- Knowledge of Asian beauty markets (HK/MY/SG/TW) is a plus.
- Familiar with TikTok Shop / cross-border e-commerce is an advantage.
- Fluent in Cantonese & English; Mandarin preferred.
