职位描述
Responsibilites:
Responsible the full set of payroll calculation, commission and incentive calculations, final payment, benefits and insurance administration, MPF, taxation issues etc.
Maintain and update accurate attendance & leave records
Support in full cycle of recruitment process including job advertisement posting, CVs screening, interview arrangement, on & off boarding arrangements etc.
General Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Form 6 or above with pass in HKCEE English
A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in HR & Administrative field
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and proficient in Mandarin is a strong advantage
Knowledge of PC software (MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing)
Initiative & able to work independently
Immediate available preferred
Candidates without experience will NOT be considered

Salary: $13,000 - $15,000 negotiable based on experience
