Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and staff activities
  • Manage and execute the entire employee lifecycle documentation processing
  • Maintain HR database and update staff leave and attendance records
  • Participate in UAT for HRIS implementation
  • Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc assignment as required

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in all rounded Human Resources & administrative functions 
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and related legislation in HK
  • Independent, detail-minded, mature and pleasant with strong inter-personal skills
  • Experience in HRIS is an advantage 
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability would be a definite advantage
