Head of IT

Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of IT to lead our IT department and drive technological initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in IT management, covering software, hardware, infrastructure, network security, and ERP systems. This role requires a mature leader who can effectively manage teams and projects while ensuring that our IT strategies align with business objectives.

Job Duties

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals, ensuring optimal performance and security of all IT systems.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and efficiency in hardware and software systems.

• Implement and maintain robust network security protocols to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Manage and optimize ERP systems to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.

• Drive digitalization initiatives to enhance overall group performance and efficiency.

• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure service delivery meets organizational needs.

• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.

• Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements.

• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to understand their IT needs and provide solutions that drive business value.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of IT experience with a strong background in software, hardware, infrastructure, network security, and ERP systems.

• Proven track record of managing and developing IT teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in leading digitalization initiatives for the group to enhance operational efficiency and business processes.

• Deep understanding of current technologies and trends in IT, with a focus on security and infrastructure.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

• Immediate availability is preferred.

• Willingness to work in Dongguan & Hong Kong
