(Half-Time) Project Officer - SO SO Youth Life

Responsibilities:

1. Service Implementation:

•  Assist in planning and conducting life skills workshops, support groups, and mentorship programs
• Coordinate logistics for project activities and ensure smooth execution

2. Community Engagement and Network Development:

• Aid in recruiting mentors, community leaders, and participants
• Build relationships with stakeholders for youth development

3. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Operational Support:

• Maintain accurate participant records and collect feedback for assessment
• Assist in data collection for evaluations and reports
• Provide administrative support, including budget tracking and coordination with internal teams
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Working Location : Wanchai

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Social Science, Science, Education, or related discipline, or equivalent
•  Minimum of two years NGO working experience with youth
•  Passion for youth community building and independent living
•  Open-minded, analytical, self-disciplined, and eager to learn
•  Strong planning and implementation skills
•  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
