Executive Assistant (Higher Education Programme) (5-day work with shift duty)

Duties:

• Responsible for day-to-day programme administration support for the full-time and part-time programmes, including student recruitment, admission and registration, class scheduling, orientations and graduation ceremony
• Handle student enquiries and/or provide counter service
• Liaise with academic staff and students on administrative matters
• Provide support for secretarial support to meetings and committees
• Assist in tasks assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above
• At least 1 years of working experience, preferably in education sector
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
• Ability to work independently and willingness to take up responsibilities are essential
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Programme Administration Assistant
