E-commerce Specialist/Officer

Job Descriptions:

• Manage daily online store order arrangements and store interface

• Responsible for uploading products to the store platform on a regular basis

• Participate in product shooting and image editing/retouch with photo manipulation software

• Work closely with internal teams for stock level, graphics and logistics management to provide updated content across store platforms

• Operate in back-end system for promotion rules set up and digital feeds creation

• Execute e-commerce strategies and promotion campaigns to drive the sales and revenue

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through coordination with internal teams

• Perform other duties as assigned  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of solid experiences with proven record in e-Commerce and/or digital marketing.

• Prior experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce platform /portals is preferred

• Familiarity with photo shooting and photo manipulation software (E.g. Photoshop)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Fluency in speaking and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Strong sales sense, self-motivated and eager to achieve sales target

• Good MS office Skills, Knowledge of design software will be an advantage.
