We start with a goal to minimize market information costs incurred upon consumers allowing them to find their favorite products easier and faster and at the same time enable merchants to successfully run their brick and click strategies to reach their targeted consumers at the lowest cost possible.
Your role with us involves:
- Lead and manage our merchant business and e-commerce units to meet the company’s business targets.
- Create and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Optimize onsite search and navigation, page templates, UX/UI, and front-end performance to enhance user experience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and create reports to inform decision-making.
- Track and analyze global e-commerce sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the department head.
- Manage merchant and partner relationships, including recruitment, engagement, and retention.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as the marketing team, to develop consumer and merchant campaigns, and with the customer service team to enhance services and customer experience.

- Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent in E-Commerce, Marketing, Information Technology Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, business development or sales
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, independent, resourceful and strong work ethic
- Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English
