E-Commerce Intern (Part Time)

What you’ll be doing?

• ;Assist on online stores daily operations, which includes content management, order fulfillment and customer service
• Respond to customers’ enquiries and feedbacks in all channels including email, social media platforms and product reviews;
• Assist on website UI/UX enhancements;
• Assist on CRM program formulation;
• Research on latest market trends;
• Other ad-hoc tasks related to the e-commerce team.

Who are we looking for?

• University or diploma students preferably with major in E-commerce, Information Systems, Marketing or related discipline;
• Innovative, independent and a good team player;
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Passion to help drive sales and conversions by improving the customer journey;
• Candidate with website management / customer service experience will be an advantage
