District Clinic Manager - GP

• Oversee daily operations of a clinic chain to ensure efficient and effective delivery of medical services

• Manage a team of clinic in-charges and actively engage the medical practitioners to foster a collaborative and patient-centric work environment.

• Review, develop and implement policies, procedures and process flows to drive operational excellence and comply with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor clinic performance to achieve operational targets in terms of capacity utilization, operating costs, patient experience, and clinical quality and compliance

• Coordinate with internal functions to ensure necessary support for smooth clinic operations 

• Perform any ad-hoc projects as assigned
   

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Management or equivalent

• Clinic operations or relevant experience with 3+ years in sizable team management 

• Strong leadership, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer-oriented, positive mindset and self-motivated

• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin 
  Proficiency in MS Office

• Relevant experience in Mainland China is a plus
