Data Analyst

Roles and responsibilities:
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key metrics and KPIs.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data models and analytics solutions. 

Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
• Knowledge in Python, Azure Data Factory or Databricks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
