Key Responsibilities:
Perform clerical and customer services duties to support the operation of the Department. Typical duties include:
- Handle inquiries and feedbacks from both internal and external stakeholders such as wards and clients / patients
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in crowd control to ensure a smooth visitor flow
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Good customer services and communication skills
- Relevant experience in customer services is an advantage
- Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including English and Chinese Word Processing
- Shift duty is required
