Customer Service Officer (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

Daily operations

• Proceed with domain registration and related services
• Handle enquiries on domain related services to .hk customers in an efficient and professional manner
• Escalate any potential complaints when dealing with abnormal cases
• Proceed with membership administration

2. Project based operations

Assist to handle projects administration, data collection, compiling reports and presentation decks, if any as assigned

Requirements:

• Working Hours: Every 3 hours in the mornings from Mon-Fri, max 16 hours/week
• Diploma or university graduate in any disciplines with at least 1 year of customer service experience
• Fresh graduate or candidate without customer service experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer (Part Time)
• Experience working in domain name registration business is preferred
• Customer focus, be the ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking with good time management skills
• Proficient in using MS Excel and other essential computer software (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Responsive and be able to work with other team members
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferable

Shuttle buses between Tai Wai, Mei Foo, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Kowloon Tong, Olympic, Mongkok, Lam Tin, Yau Tong, Hang Hau, Sheung Wan, Sai Wan, Kennedy Town, Taikoo Shing and Cyberport are available.
