Customer Service Officer (JLPT N2 is required)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries across phone, email, and live chat in a professional and efficient manner;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customers’ requests and ensure service quality;
• Manage case follow-ups related to payment processing and transaction-related matters;
• Support resolution of complaints, disputes, and service issues in a timely manner;
• Maintain clear communication and build positive relationships with customers and partners;
• Assist with client onboarding and provide support during setup phase;
• Participate in cross-functional projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree holder;
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or payment-related industries;
• Experience handling customer support or technical service coordination is a plus;
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above is required);
• Strong communication in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Japanese;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment;
• Team player that flourishes in a positive environment;
• Immediate available is an advantage.
