Customer Service Officer (Day / Overnight Shift)

Blackbird Works Supply is a subsidiary of Blackbird Automotive Group. We collaborate with prestigious automobile brands to provide comprehensive after-sales services, including logistics, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), and Emergency Roadside Rescue Services. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Customer Service team, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our esteemed customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer requests and inquiries for Emergency Roadside Rescue service in a proactive and positive manner through inbound calls, emails, and live chat
• Perform daily operational tasks and maintain accurate documentation, including data entry and preparation of client reports
• Collaborate with team members to meet company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, are compulsory, with overtime pay and shift allowances provided

• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
   

Requirements:

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the service industry,  candidates with call centre experience would be an advantage
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Customer-oriented with exceptional service manners
• Demonstrates the ability to multitask, strong problem-solving skills, and work independently
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
