Customer Service / KYC Officer (

A fast-growing and innovative Securities brokerage is looking for a motivated candidate to join the Client Service team. Fresh graduates / candidates with less experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
• Assist with client onboarding, including document verification, KYC, CDD, and AML processes
• Process client deposits and withdrawals with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate on ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree (or equivalent tertiary education)
• 1 - 2 years of customer service experience in the financial industry
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• SFC Licenses for Type 1 & 2 are preferred, but not necessarily
