Creative Director

About the role:

As a Graphic Designer Manager at AmazingThing, you will play a critical role in our creative department, responsible for leading the creation of world-class visual designs that drive the promotion of our products. From designing high-impact visuals to showcasing your craft in the smallest of details, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity across multiple mediums.

We are looking for an independent talent who has the versatility to move seamlessly between graphics, motion design, short videos and more to create truly impactful and engaging visual content. 

Responsibilities:

• Create world class still and motion graphics to showcase and promote our products across a variety of channels (Twitter, IG, Facebook, YouTube etc.).
• From ideation to implementation, you will dive deep into exploring visual executions and communicate design directions, decisions and rationale to the teams.
• You will be able to work with a variety of team members and provide art direction to each designer.
• Work closely with the Marketing team and Product Manager to produce all material requirements.
• Maintain a consistent brand look and feel for all visual communications across multiple channels, while proactively evolving the design at all times.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience working in a creative agency or design studio, preferably with a digital agency background.
• An online portfolio showcasing your design and conceptual skills.
• A strong commitment to creating world-class content with impeccable design aesthetics, attention to detail and the ability to visually engage audiences.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphics software.
• Humble and open to better ideas from others, with a genuine desire to improve and thrive on challenges and opportunities.
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics would be an advantage.
