Business Manager

Job Nature 

• Responsible for driving the business growth, developing new business opportunities with revenue for More, closing deals from proposal and presentation decks preparation to contract negotiation 

• Review , consolidate the business proposal and materials , develop strategies in line with project objectives. Provide timeline and working schedule 

• Approach the right prospects and arrange the meetings through personal connection, cold calls to direct clients and agencies, explore potential business partnerships , collaborate with clients to achieve project goals 

• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, delegate project tasks, internal resources to ensure campaign performance and deliverables. 

• Evaluate performance with insight, identify business opportunities for More and make suggestions for next steps

Characters / Qualifications:

• University graduate

• 3 years experience in client/new business development, digital content platform, client side / client servicing will be an advantage.

• Preferred connection and experience in beauty /cosmetic & skincare /retail categories

• Result driven and proven track record in delivering digital results

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Familiar with providing strategic planning, and able to lead the team to deliver competitive offerings and good performance

• Able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
