We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
· Identifying new business opportunities and potential markets for system or web development services to drive company growth
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including startups, tech companies, and enterprises
· Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
· Collaborating closely with internal teams such as product development, engineering, marketing, and sales to align business strategies and deliver client solutions
· Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and customer needs
· Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders
· Negotiating contracts and close business deals to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
· Attending industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to promote the company’s offerings and build partnerships
· Monitoring project progress and ensure customer requirements are met with high satisfaction
You are required to have:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
· Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in business development, sales, or account management within the technology sector, ideally in system or web development
· Strong understanding of web technologies, software development processes, and digital ecosystems
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Fluency in English and Cantonese is usually required; Mandarin is an advantage
· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
· Passion for technology trends such as cloud computing, Web3, blockchain, NFTs, or related fields is a plus
