Business Development Manager (for e-Payment and Crypto payment in Hong Kong)

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Sales team.  As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

·             Developing and implementing the overall business development strategy for e-payment and crypto-payment services , aligning with company goals and market trends

·             Building and maintaining strong industry connections, especially with financial institutions, accredited investors, fintech companies, and e-commerce platforms

·             Generating new revenue streams and develop referral channels to achieve sales targets

·             Managing all processes related to acquiring and managing partnerships and merchants, including prospecting, meetings, contracting, integration, onboarding, and ongoing partner management

·             Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, customer support, risk control, and operations to ensure a seamless customer and partner experience

·             Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the digital payments and cryptocurrency space to optimize business development efforts

·             Preparing and delivering sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management and potential clients

·             Attending industry events and networking opportunities to promote company offerings and build strategic partnerships

You are required to have:

·             At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within fintech, digital payments, or crypto-payment sectors

·             Strong knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, digital payment systems, and payment facilitator models

·             Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in related industries

·             Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is often preferred

·             Analytical, self-driven, and problem-solving oriented

·             Experience managing partnerships with financial services, e-commerce platforms, or retail sectors is advantageous

·             Familiarity with payment technologies such as POS terminals, pay-later solutions, and wallet apps is a plus
