Business Development Manager (5 days work, $40K)

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align efforts.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

- Track and report on sales pipeline and performance metrics.

- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven track record in sales, business development, or related roles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
