Business Development Director – Great China Region

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and execution of business development strategies for ICT products and services
2. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
3. Collect and analyze the dynamics of industry competitors, market trends, and customer’s needs in ICT technologies 
4. Manage and mentor a team of professionals to drive performance and productivity
5. Drive awareness and thought leadership initiatives related to ICT and its applications in various industries

Job Requirements:

1. Tertiary education or above
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development in ICT technologies, focusing on education or medical field is preferred
3. Proven track record in exposure of Mainland China market is an definitely advantage
4. Strong understanding of IPRAN, IPCORE, DCN network 
5. Proficient in English and Chinese including Mandarin with excellent communication skills
6. Strong market insight and strategic thinking, able to quickly identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies
