The Job
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of policy servicing operation.
· Perform Business Analysis, elicit, and prepare user requirement documents for projects, in accordance with business requirements from Life Operations Policy Servicing function.
· Participate in solution design ; review system design documentation to ensure the functional design meets the expectations of Life Operations.
· Identify key issues and risks throughout the project cycle.
· Prepare test scenarios and test plans for user acceptance test (UAT) execution.
· Prepare training materials and provide training to business users.
· Coordinate testing and implementation with IT, users and testers
The Person
· Bachelor’s degree holder of Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields.
· Minimum of 4 years’ Business Analysis experience in Life Insurance industry, with good understanding of policy servicing function.
· Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies for software development and project management.
· Experience in system revamp project is preferred.
· Strong Analytical and problem-solving capability.
· Team player who is able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
