Business Analyst

The Role:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate customer requirements into functional/business solutions for clients in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Generate ideas for pre-sales activities, develop proposals, and present them to enterprise clients mainly from financial and insurance industries.
• Identify new opportunities and provide comprehensive solutions to grow client accounts.
• Project management in whole development lifecycle from planning and scoping to analysis.
• Conduct research such as the latest trends in the financial and insurance industries to identify new solutions and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams in designing & developing new products/services and provide to clients.
• Collaborate with and provide clear requirements to the offshore team, ensuring tasks are well-defined, progress is monitored, and deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

We are looking for someone with

• 3 years or above experience with business consulting, requirement analysis, or functional solution design.
• Excellent knowledge of business and strong analytical skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Self-starter, able to work under ambiguous environments with minimal direction.
• Ability to work across a diverse client portfolio often involving a diverse network of stakeholders.
• Experience in IT product/service/functions design or customer data analytics is an advantage.
