Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a passion to build great products and best solutions using cutting-edge technology and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope and objectives, analyze and differentiate from industry standards, operational flows, and system/data flows.
• Utilize the "work backward" approach from customer experience and expectations to define project goals and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure successful project delivery, bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
• Specify task requirements and create and execute test cases.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate, plan, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage project risks and issues, and formulate contingency plans as needed.
• Monitor, track, and report on project progress, challenges, and solutions, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Be available outside of standard office hours to address urgent issues or ad-hoc requests.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain and Shipping, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in business analysis and project management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Skill Set Requirements

• Ability to utilize the “work backward” approach from customer experience and expectations to define project goals and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze and differentiate stakeholder input from industry standards, operational flows, and system/data flows.
• Understanding of project management principles, project life cycle, and software development life cycle.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and root cause analysis, and gap analysis techniques,
• Capable of expressing complex problem statements with applying simplicity, showing a deep understanding of their core nature.
• Ability to develop comprehensive project plans, define task requirements, and create test cases.
• Data and flow analysis skills, including knowledge of SQL queries (e.g., Join, Aggregate Function, Group By, Having, and Where clauses).
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
