Assistant Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of Sales / Commercial Team directly.
• Assist in managing the sales team to ensure value creation for customers and the development of long-term business relationships.
• Conduct regular one-on-one reviews with all sales team members to foster effective communication, identify training and development needs, and provide feedback to enhance their sales performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Brand teams to enhance cross-functional communication and ensure smooth project execution.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies, pricing, and promotional plans.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Business Management or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing a sales team is preferred.
• Data-driven mindset; proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts); knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working with numbers, drawing insights from data, and presenting findings to management.
• Experience in the toys, trading card game (TCG), or collectibles industry is a plus.
• Presentable, team player, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
