Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Executive

We are an event and exhibition agency with professional experience in providing high quality account servicing service, structural quality and event solutions from project design, project management to decoration assembly.

Job Duties: Responsible for Account Servicing and Project Management, Roles include:

• Serve as contact point of client for exhibition or event service, includes but not limited to trade shows, pop up stores, festive decorations, themed events.
• Fathom out the prime objective of the project. Monitor all project developments from inception, planning and design, preparing proposals, tendering and construction, budgeting to completion.
• Deliver professional account serving skills and to ensure client’s requests are fulfilled effectively and smoothly.
• Provide consultation and superior project management service for projects and ensure all projects are in line with the schedule and client’s requirement.
• Project management from budget estimation and control, internal teams and external parties’ coordination, production quality management, to on-site set-up and dismantle supervision.
• Ensure the projects can be completed timely, efficiently, safely and professionally.
• Must be able to work on multiple projects in parallel.

Requirements:

• An Associate Degree holder, Bachelor Degree holder or above; and / or you have;
• Minimum 2 years relevant project experience in exhibition/ event/ interior fit out or with relevant work experience in agency, exhibition or event company.
• Be a team player with good presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
• Be innovative, energetic, proactive, passionate and detail-minded
• Must be able to work independently, under pressure, attention to details and a good problem solver.
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English;
• Occasion travel to Mainland China is required.
• Occasion work on holidays
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Executive
