AI Research and Development Assistant Project Manager

Description:

1. Assist the AI project manager in collecting project requirements, formulating plans, and coordinating resources;

2. Assist in organizing project progress materials, participate in writing reports and stage-specific deliverables;

3. Collaborate with team members (such as algorithm engineers, data scientists, etc.) to track task progress and monitor schedules;

4. Assist in daily project management tasks, including organizing meetings, recording issues, assigning tasks, and following up on progress;

5. Support project data collection and preliminary analysis, providing foundational support for technical modeling and algorithm validation;

6. Monitor AI technology trends, collect and organize industry-related materials or competitor information;

7. Assist in conducting project summaries and post-mortems, archiving project process documents and key lessons learned.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in network communications, electrical engineering, computer science, statistics, or related fields. Candidates with invention patents or published academic papers are preferred.

2. Possess an international perspective, open-mindedness, and innovative thinking, with an understanding of the scientific and technological innovation layout of research institutions, universities, industry associations, governments, and enterprises in Hong Kong and Macao.

3. At least 3 years of experience in research-related work, familiarity with research project management processes, and knowledge of the application procedures for various research grants, projects, and programs, as well as research funding management regulations. Candidates with PMP certification are preferred;

4. Strong self-learning ability, proficiency in using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and AI large models, and the ability to apply them efficiently in scientific and technological innovation work. Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, computing power networks, big data, and security. Candidates with knowledge of C++ and Python are preferred;

5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively leveraging internal and external company resources to complete tasks; strong stress tolerance and problem-solving abilities, capable of driving work progress in complex and dynamic environments.

6. Ability to read scientific literature and interpret policies; bilingual proficiency (Chinese + English, etc.) required for overseas work; preference given to candidates with prior overseas work experience.
