Administrative Assistant

• 5 day work

Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment and selection process, including but not limited to data entry, CV screening & formatting, candidate sourcing and searching, arranging interviews & collecting documents
• Prepare regular advertisement postings via different recruitment channels and applicant tracking system
• Perform clerical tasks including but not limited to making time sheet template, updating job opening and candidate status
• Handle candidate status weekly report and job opening weekly report
• Prepare quotation and Follow-up status
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 1-2 year of working experience in Administrative / Recruitment Field
• Good command of Spoken and Written English & Chinese
• Proactive, self-disciplined
• Proficient in MS Word
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediate availability is preferred
