職位描述

  • Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities to develop relationship with customers
  • Closely work with Account Sales and achieve quota
  • Work for internal / external sales process by following instruction from Supervisor
  • Prepare quotation (both new opportunity and renewal) and contract, and complete whole process working with internal parties according to Companies’ requirements
  • Support Account Sales for PowerPoint / Proposal / Tender preparation
  • Attend customer & supplier meetings with Supervisors if needed

 

  • 了解客戶需求並識別銷售機會
  • 與Sales Team密切合作並完成配額
  • 協助Sales Team跟單,包括產品/服務詢價,製作報價單,運用SuccessFactors和8ME系統內項目創建及更新,推進合約簽字蓋章,寄送合約。
  • 對接Sales Support部門,跟進並管理供應商的下單情況,跟進並管理對客戶的物流送貨,到貨驗收,驗收完成後開票,發票寄送客戶後,協助財務催款。
  • 協助Sales Team製作投標文件,包括投標文檔與各部門的分工,各部門提交文件的時間管理,投標文件的格式檢查及協助工作等。
  • 協助Sales Team各區專案工程經理與FHK對內的事宜。
