職責： 

• 負責個案輔導工作
• 體弱、認知障礙症長者及護老者支援服務
• 獨立策劃及推行長者相關活動
   

入職條件： 

• 持認可社會工作文憑或以上
• 具長者工作經驗者優先考慮
