負責向照顧者及殘疾人士分享個人經驗並提供互相支持，執行護送和外展職務。協助組織社區教育計劃和活動，以促進社區內的社會共融。協助專業職員為照顧者和殘疾人士組織小組、節日活動及組織公眾教育活動，以促進公眾對殘疾人士的理解、接納及社區共融，需輪班。應徵者須具中三程度或同等學歷，並須為殘疾人士照顧者或具相關服務經驗者優先考慮。
以上職位以合約條款聘用。
