PDI Coordinator / Driver

Responsibilities:

• Arrange pre-delivery preparation of new cars and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of new cars
• Responsible for vehicle movement within PDI, showroom and service center
• Coordinate with warehouse management, including warehouse layout, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Assist in delivery center equipment, including maintenance and updates
• Arrange new car department and delivery staff to improve team work efficiency and satisfaction
• Regularly report work progress, issues, and suggestions to PDI Manager

Qualifications: 

• Diploma or above in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of solid experience, preferably in automotive industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Capable to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with different departments and suppliers
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and Putonghua
