Accounting officer/Senior Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis
• Coordinate with departments for the accounting related matters and daily account transactions
• Prepare timely sales, AR/AP reports and other general accounting duties
• Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets
• Participate in the year-end audit and tax computation
• Liaise with sales department and customers to ensure timely payments
• Perform ac-hoc projects as required

Qualification

• Degree holder with professional qualification in accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Oracle, Excel and PowerPoint
• At least 5 years of working experience, retail business experience would be a plus
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure

• Good command of Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
