Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor/Senior Project Quantity Surveyor

Qualification & Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying/Building Services/Building related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant quantity surveying experiences, including minimum 1 year M&E working experience
• Good communication and analytical skills, able to work independently as well as a good team player
• Good knowledge of general contract administration and quantity surveying skills is essential
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience and/or holder of professional membership such as MHKIS / MRICS may apply for “Senior Project Quantity Surveyor"

Job Duties:

• Assist in the preparation of contractual claims
• Perform quantity surveying duties, including payment and variations
• Handle contract administration and related tasks
