Logistics Executive (Freight Analysis & Logistics Invoice)

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Studies
• 3-4 years relevant experience, prefer in multinational trading companies
• Solid experience in freight analysis and payment verification with vendors
• Background gained from international 3PLs will also be considered
• Detail-oriented, dynamics, result-driven with good communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, SAP knowledge is preferable
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the performance of 3PL to ensure the achievement of KPI
• Handle the logistics invoicing including checking, verification and trouble shooting
• Provide support on freight analysis for cost comparison and business planning
• Liaise with internal parties and external business partners on daily operation
• Responsible for preparing various reports and ad hoc duties as assigned
