Logistic & Warehouse Controller/ Officer 物流倉庫管理員/主任

Responsibilities:

• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom, storage silo and tanks etc.
• Overseeing the process of receiving, checking, packing, and dispatching inventory in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, storage, labeling supplies and rotate stock
• Implementing measures to control stock loss, damage, and theft, and ensuring stock is handled according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control in CMMS and SAP
• Perform audit and assist in ISO certification process
• Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, documentations, materials, spares and necessary verification.
• Assist in establishing and implementation of inventory control system
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

• 確保妥善記錄並管理所有文件，以確認適當的庫存水平，並在 CMMS 和 SAP 系統中維持庫存控制。
• 執行審核並協助 ISO 認證流程。
• 協調貨物處理、設備移動、文件、物料、備件及必要的驗證工作。
• 協助建立及推行庫存控制系統。
• 履行主管指派的其他職責。

Requirements:

• DSE graduate or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or recordkeeping.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Familiar with standard concepts and best practices in stockroom or warehouse operations
• Proficient in inventory management systems and warehouse control platforms, including SAP and CMMS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Holder of a valid forklift license will be an advantage
• 中學文憑（DSE）或以上學歷
• 至少具備兩年倉儲管理、庫存管理或記錄保存相關工作經驗
• 熟悉 Microsoft Office 基本操作，必須精通 Excel
• 熟悉庫房或倉庫環境中的標準概念及最佳操作方式

• 具備良好的書面及口頭溝通能力
