Provide comprehensive HR operational support to the Human Resources Team

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, which includes job advertisement posting, talent search, CV screening, interview arrangement, and more

Aid the Compensation and Benefits Team with administrative tasks, such as MPF enrollment and maintaining employee files

Support training programs by preparing materials, setting up venues, and maintaining statistics and reports

Assist with various HR projects and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
-
Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

Strong communication skills; well-organized, meticulous, and responsible

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with photography and video editing is a plus
-
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
