Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling all aspects of sales functions

  • Lead the sales team to execute a strategic sales plan to achieve the sales target

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.

  • Develop and strengthen good relationships with existing customers 

  • Achieve assigned sales targets that align with the Company’s objectives and directions

  • Be capable of understanding the client’s needs to design the desired solution.

  • Cross Departments with Marketing & Operations teams to maintain accurate and timely sales activity information. Record sales leads, contacts, referrals, future opportunities and follow-ups.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with managerial experience

  • Having a strong client network would be an advantage

  • Proactive with excellent sales techniques, and good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to work under pressure and independently

  • Strong analytical ability, strategic and problem-solving competence in a complex environment

  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

  • Familiarity with CRM tool is a plus
